With over Twenty Five years’ experience, Jeff has extensive experience in all aspects of the design process. Jeff is the managing principal in charge of the overall design process. He provides leadership through the entire process by establishing and maintaining critical communications with all parties, ensuring client goals and expectations are met.

Founder, Principal Architect, with an emphasis on educational, institutional & commercial facility design. Involved in every aspect of the design process, from conceptualization to project management, PPA relies on Jeff’s strong organizational, management & communication skills to ensure projects are executed in a timely manner, budgets are adhered to, and the owner’s expectations are met or exceeded. Jeff also has extensive construction & code knowledge that is invaluable, particularly during the contract administrative phase, ensuring issues are often avoided or addressed quickly.

Project Architect & Designer with an emphasis on extensive conceptual architectural design and urban planning, project visualization and client presentations. Other roles included client communication, project management, site analysis, programming, code compliance, materials research, construction documents, consultant coordination, construction administration, shop drawings and project close out.

Terry is involved with all aspects of the design process. He provides necessary support through the duration of projects by providing detailed documentation as well as contributions towards conceptual design and planning.
2015 to Present – PICKETT / PASSAFIUME / ARCHITECTS, PLLC
Design Associate with specific interest in adaptive re-use and urban development. PPA relies on Terry’s attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure projects are executed in a timely and effective manner.
2014 – Bailey Associates Architects (Louisville, KY)
Intern Architect with responsibilities from initial concept design to project development. Worked directly with clients on a variety of projects with tasks ranging from schematic design to code research, cost estimating and detailed construction drawings.
2013 – David M. Schwarz Architects (Washington, D.C.)
Intern Architect roles included physical and digital modeling for a mid-sized architectural firm in downtown Washington. Responsibilities focused around updating construction documents based off design review meetings, resulting in a complete set of design development drawings.
